MICHAEL HARTMAN landed his first job in a theatrical public relations company in 1992, and in 1999 co-founded Barlow Hartman Public Relations, which represented more than 100 Broadway productions over ten years. A graduate of the High School for Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, Texas and the University of Texas at Austin, Michael spent years on the acting path before discovering his passion as a press agent, fusing his interests and experience in theater with his status as a bona fide newshound. The Hartman Group was founded in June 2009 and Michael is in the most fulfilling season of his professional life to date.

BETHANY LARSEN has worked as the business manager for Barlow Hartman and The Hartman Group since 2003. She is a proud board member of The Fordham Alumni Theatre Company and Solving Kids' Cancer (www.solvingkidscancer.org). She enjoys embroidery and general craftiness, writing plays and learning tap dance moves with her very brave husband.

EMILY MCGILL is delighted to be a publicist with The Hartman Group! A Pittsburgh native, she is pleased to represent Billy Elliot, Memphis, and the upcoming Ghost. Emily previously assisted Valerie Harper on Looped, worked with Fox Theatricals on Legally Blonde, and rocked out with the Rock of Ages company management team. During the run of Looped, and Ms. Harper's subsequent Tony Campaign, Emily served as the "virtual Valerie Harper" and was given notice in the Los Angeles Times for her use of social networking to promote the show. She has experience in various facets of the industry, including general management, casting, talent management, front of house, and internet marketing, but has found her true love in publicity.
COLGAN MCNEIL is a Hofstra University graduate who joined The Hartman Group in May 2012. He currently represents Ann starring Holland Taylor and the upcoming Big Fish.

FRANCES WHITE caught the theatre bug at the early age of 5 when her mother would spend hours in the kitchen cooking up a storm while listening to Sweeney Todd (clearly she didn't find the irony in that until years later). She is a graduate of Emerson College with a BFA in Musical Theatre and has used her talents to publicize the Broadway shows Billy Elliot, Elf, Memphis, and is currently working on Wicked, Sister Act, Lysistrata Jones and Second Stage Theatre. Sweeney Todd remains her favorite show, although these days she thinks twice before tasting her mother's pies.
WAYNE WOLFE is a graduate of Hofstra University and began his career at Shirley Herz Associates, going on to work in the New York office of Livent. Wayne joined Barlow Hartman public relations a few months after the company's inception and is now very pleased to be working at The Hartman Group.
